INFUSEmedia (www.infusemedia.com) is now looking for a people-oriented person, who will join our Client Success Team. We offer a stable schedule with hours 9 am – 6 pm Monday through Friday and short Fridays during the summer! We are seeking individuals with a background in customer service. Our goal is to find motivated and driven individuals that are looking to turn their people skills and previous customer service experiences into a new and promising career with a great company.
Job Overview
A Client Success Manager is responsible for developing customer relationships that promote retention and loyalty. Work closely with customers to ensure they are satisfied with the services they receive and to improve upon areas of dissatisfaction.
Responsibilities and Duties

Develop and maintain a relationship with a select group of named accounts to ensure the successful campaign performance

Collaborate with internal subject matter experts to deliver campaign leads and ensure clients are happy with the outcome

Collaborate with the sales from proposal through delivery, including identifying and ensuring delivery options, integrations, and other operational aspects

Create and coordinate account documentation including reports, RFPs, IOs, and other offers

Develop and maintain close relationships with company management

Be accountable for post-sale account management and drive account growth through excellent customer service and delivery, communication and on-boarding
Qualifications
-
Two or more years customer service experience

Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, coupled with strong empathy for customers and their success

Organized, detail-oriented, and ability to multitask

Demonstrated ability to work both collaboratively as part of a team and independently with minimal supervision

Strong problem resolution skills and proven ability to engage and interact with internal teams to resolve client issues

Work logically to diagnose and resolve basic to intermediate issues and recognize circumstances that require escalation

Comfortable using and learning software: MS Office (Excel), multiple internet browsers, ticketing/tracking systems (we will train)
